Kundeleza Pamoja is a mission-driven enterprise supporting smallholder farmers in northern Mozambique to increase productivity, income, and long-term resilience. The organization purchases crops including moringa, sesame seeds, corn, onions, beetroot, beans, tomatoes, and other grains and vegetables at above-market prices to ensure farmers receive fair and stable income.Beyond aggregation, Kundeleza Pamoja works with small-scale food processors to develop value-added products that create additional revenue streams within local communities. The enterprise also coordinates access to quality agricultural supplies, promotes sustainable farming practices such as bokashi organic fertilizer, and provides technical training to improve yields and soil health.In partnership with Gapi-SI, Kundeleza Pamoja facilitates access to loans, enabling farmers and entrepreneurs to invest in growth. The organization participates in Work4Progress and Transformando networks and reinvests all surplus back into its mission.
